Margaret started her career in finance and accounting, progressing through marketing and then sales. Living in the Waikato, Margaret, a Registered Financial Adviser, has nine years experience in the insurance industry, in both personal and business insurance. Her specialty areas are micro business, group insurance, and health insurance. Margaret has worked in Australia and South Africa and owned her own SME businesses. Michael has returned to New Zealand after spending 24 years working in senior management roles in London. His experience includes managing 8 different Stations for London Underground tasked with ensuring the safety of commuters as they moved through the different Stations (over one billion people a year use London Underground). Michael is now a Registered Financial Adviser living in Canterbury and is passionate about ensuring people’s financial wellbeing and providing Personal Insurance Plans to meet their personal circumstances and unique needs.

Based in Auckland, Dominic is a Registered Financial Advisor with a broad career across business in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. In Melbourne, he helped clients with mortgage repayment and debt reduction systems. In New Zealand, he helped clients and employers with group-policy health & medical insurance. While working his way into a General Management position, Dominic studied his Master of Business Administration (MBA) through Massey with a specific focus on financial risk management. Now Dominic has set his sights on helping people with their own risk management strategies, protecting the financial wellbeing of those we care about most.
Lynne Russell MBA
Lynne, a Registered Financial Adviser, joined Adelphi Insurance Brokers in 2019 after ten years working as a Bank Manager, then four years as a specialist home loan and insurance consultant. She was impressed by the way Adelphi look after their clients from quote to claim. Having lived in the Wellington region for most of her life working mainly in financial services and insurance she completed her MBA at Victoria University in 2014 and has recently moved to a lifestyle block on the Kapiti Coast. In her spare time, Lynne enjoys keeping fit and working on her home and garden. With a wealth of experience in Customer Service team management, gained both here in New Zealand and Australia, across multiple industries including insurance. Michelle has a passion to ensure people have their health and insurance needs covered, ensuring our team are asking the right questions and offering the best possible customer service. Born and bred in Christchurch, Michelle is passionate about sport, primarily football, but given the opportunity, she never misses a Crusaders home game. Outside of sport, Michelle and her husband enjoy socialising with family and friends and simply pottering around the house.
